What you get

Safi shows you profit analytics built from your store data and from the costs, fees, and ad spend you enter.

How accurate the figures are depends on how complete your inputs are. A product with no recorded cost is estimated, and the dashboard says so plainly rather than hiding it.

What Safi is not

Safi is not an accounting system and not a tax advisor. Its figures are an operational tool for making decisions, not a substitute for your books or for your filings with ZATCA.

Your responsibilities

• That you are authorised to connect the store and ad accounts you connect.
• To keep access to your account confidential.
• Not to use the service for any purpose contrary to Saudi law.

Availability

We make reasonable effort to keep the service available, but we depend on external platforms (Salla, and the ad platforms). If one stops responding, your figures may lag, and the dashboard shows when it last synced rather than implying the data is current.

Cancellation

You can uninstall the app from your store at any time and syncing stops immediately. Data deletion follows the privacy policy.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for business decisions made on the figures shown, particularly where those figures rest on inputs that were never entered.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
